Return & Refund Policy

1. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Yes, you can return your order by contacting us within 7 business days of receiving it via the Contact Us form or by emailing contact@jannutra.com.

Please provide the following details in your request:

• Your full name

• The email address used to place your order

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Once we have acknowledged your request, you must return the parcel to us within 7 business days. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined below. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase, excluding shipping fees. If the product(s) were shipped free of charge, a processing fee will be deducted.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our facility. To ensure the item(s) arrive safely, we recommend securely packing the parcel to prevent damage and using a trackable delivery service for high-value returns.

Conditions for Returns:

• All items must be in their original, sealed condition.

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

• Returned goods will undergo inspection. If an item is deemed unsuitable for return (e.g., opened, incomplete, or damaged), we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or return the product to you at your expense.

2. HOW CAN I RETURN AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us form or email contact@jannutra.com, providing the following details:

• The email address used to place your order

• Your order number

• Details of the issue (incorrect or damaged item)

We will assist you with the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

• For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the issue when contacting us.

• For incorrect items, ensure the product remains unused and in its original condition until the return is processed.
