4. How is the shipping cost calculated?
All orders from JanNutra are shipped free of charge worldwide. No additional shipping fees will apply, regardless of weight or destination.(Exclude India)
5. What delivery services do you use?
We use reliable global delivery partners, including DHL and Janio Postal Service. For DHL shipments, the delivery is completed by the local postal service in the destination country.
6. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
No, delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. Please ensure the details provided are accurate before confirming your order.
7. Why does weekend processing take longer?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
8. Terms & Conditions for International Deliveries
• Order Invoices: Every delivery includes an invoice with full pricing details, as required for customs declaration.
• Customs Regulations: Customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations. Packages rejected, confiscated, or abandoned due to non-compliance will not be refunded.
• Duties and Taxes: All customs duties, taxes, and fees at the destination country are payable by the recipient.
• Address Accuracy: Ensure all recipient details are accurate before placing the order. Couriers will only make limited delivery attempts based on the provided information.
• Shipping to India: Shipping fees apply to all products shipped to India, even if marked “Free Shipping.”
